Ganache

A combination of chocolate and heavy cream. It has a dark, shimmery appearance and is sure to please every chocolate lover! We offer:

Curds

Soft, smooth, intensely-flavored dessert spreads made with citrus-fruit juices and zest. Used as a filling or combined with a buttercream, curds can add a burst of freshness and flavor. We offer:

Cannoli Cream

Just like Nonna makes!  A creamy, ricotta-based filling with chocolate chips and a hint of cinnamon.

Jam

Often used as an alternative – or complement – to buttercream or curd fillings. We offer:
